At Aubelia, we're committed to delivering your order safely, quickly, and with full transparency. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process.


1. Order Processing All orders are processed within 48 business hours of purchase confirmation. Once your order is packed and ready, it's handed off to our shipping carrier and you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.

2. Delivery Time Estimated delivery time is 4–10 business days, depending on your location. Please note that during periods of high demand — which can happen when our products go viral — processing and delivery times may be slightly extended. We always do our best to keep delays to a minimum and will communicate proactively if your order is affected.

3. Tracking Your Order As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use it to follow your package in real time directly on the carrier's website.

4. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and package weight. Free shipping may be available during special promotions — keep an eye out!

5. Shipping Issues If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, reach out to us at support@aubelia.co and we'll look into it right away. In the event of a lost or damaged package, we'll open a claim with the carrier and offer you a refund or replacement — whichever you prefer.

6. Address Changes Need to update your shipping address? Contact us immediately at support@aubelia.co. Once an order has been shipped, we're unable to make changes, so please double-check your details at checkout.
