Returns & Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that return shipping costs are not covered by us. Once your return is approved, you will be responsible for arranging and covering the return shipping expenses. We will provide instructions on how and where to send the package.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. This will allow us to assess the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, simply place a new order for the desired product.

14-Day Withdrawal Period (European Union)

If your order was shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days — for any reason and without justification.

As with our general policy, the item must be in the same condition as received, and you’ll need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within up to 5 business days.

Please remember it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
